How do I make a hoppa booking?

  1. 🌍 How to Book Your Transfer in Just a Few Steps


1️⃣ Enter Your Pickup Location

Type the exact place you’d like to be picked up from (e.g. Airport, Port, Hotel name, or physical address) and select it from the dropdown.

👉 Tip: Please don’t book by just “Resort/Area” — be specific.


2️⃣ Enter Your Drop-off Location

Do the same for your drop-off point (Airport, Port, Hotel, or address) and select from the dropdown.


3️⃣ Choose Your Travel Date (Journey 1)

Now add your travel date and time.

  • Shuttle bookings → only use your flight time. Shuttles don’t run on requested pickup times. You’ll be collected based on your flight details and will leave no later than 45 minutes after arrival.
  • Private bookings → you can choose either your flight time or a pickup time (but only one). If you select flight time, pickup is scheduled around that.


4️⃣ Add Journey 2 (Return, if needed)

Provide your return travel date and time.

  • Shuttles → enter your flight time only. The local provider will send you your pickup time (usually 24 hours before departure, sometimes 6 hours before) via WhatsApp/SMS, email, or in your online booking.
  • Private transfers → again, you can choose either flight time or pickup time. If flight time is used, our system will assign a pickup automatically.


5️⃣ Select Passengers

Choose the number of adults, children, and infants.


6️⃣ Click ‘Search’

You’ll see the available vehicle options. Click ‘Book Now’ next to your preferred one.

👉 If you see “Edit Search” next to a shuttle option, it means you entered a pickup time instead of a flight time — just correct and re-search.


7️⃣ Add Extras (Optional)

Pick from extras to make your ride more comfortable. If you can’t see the option you need, contact us via chat or at [support@hoppa.com](). Please note: all extras must be confirmed by the local supplier, and additional charges may apply.


🚸 Child seats: Please check local regulations before removing seat options. If none are available online, you may need to bring your own.


8️⃣ Sign In or Continue as Guest

  • Already have a Hoppa account? → Sign In.
  • New to Hoppa? → Continue as Guest.


9️⃣ Enter Passenger Details

  • Email address (for confirmation & e-Ticket)
  • Title, Lead Passenger Name & Surname (only one needed for the party)
  • Mobile number (mandatory, so we can confirm pickup times)
  • Choose if you’d like to receive promotions via email/SMS


10️⃣ Confirm Location Details

Check your pickup and drop-off info carefully. If anything looks off, click Edit Search to correct it.


11️⃣ Add Travel Details

For each journey, provide:

  • Airport/Port/Station name
  • Flight/Boat/Train number
  • Airline/Operator name

👉 If connecting, only give us the final leg of your trip.

  • Private transfers → you’ll see a pickup time (either system-assigned or chosen by you). Confirm it looks correct before proceeding.
  • Shuttles → if a pickup time displays, it means flight details weren’t entered correctly. Please restart your booking or contact us before completing.


12️⃣ Complete Payment

  • Review your cost breakdown (transfer type, passenger numbers, discounts applied).
  • Enter any discount codes you have.
  • Choose your payment option (full or part payment, if available).
  • Select PayPal or Credit Card, enter details, and hit Pay.


13️⃣ Get Your Confirmation

Once payment is submitted, you’ll receive a booking reference number and confirmation email.
