I am having trouble paying for my booking, how can I make the payment?

- Full Payment at Booking
Unless youâve chosen a deposit option, the full amount is taken securely at the time of booking on our website.
- Safe & Secure Checkout
We use 3D Secure technology to protect you from fraud. This means youâll need to either enter your cardâs security password or approve the payment through your banking app before your booking is confirmed.
- If Your Card Is Declined
Donât worryâsimply contact your card issuer for help.
đ Forgotten your 3D Secure password? Just click âForgotten passwordâ in the box and your bank will guide you through resetting it.
â ď¸ Please note: hoppa cannot assist with 3D Secure password resets, as these are managed directly by your bank.
- Other Issues?
Sometimes cards fail for reasons outside our control. If you're using PayPal in the app and receive an error, please try completing the payment on our website instead.
For your security, weâre unable to take card details over the phoneâall payments must be completed online.
- If your payment isnât processed
If the automatic payment from the card used for your deposit fails, a secure payment link will be sent to you by email. This link is issued by our finance team and is typically sent within 24 hours. If you have difficulty accessing payment online or no link is received, you may request that a new link be sent.
