I am having trouble paying for my booking, how can I make the payment?

Payment is taken in full at the time of booking through our website if you didn't select the deposit options. There will be relevant security checks in place to ensure the details entered match and to prevent fraud.


We have a 3D secure payment system in place, which means when you book you need to submit your card password or auth the payment via your banking app before the booking is confirmed.


If the card is rejected you will need to contact your card issuer. If you are unable to remember your 3D secure password please select the option on the 3D secure password box ‘Forgotten password’ and your bank will give you the option to reset the password.


Unfortunately, hoppa is not able to provide assistance concerning your 3D secure password.


Your card might be failing for other reasons Hoppa cannot, unfortunately, take any card details over the phone as all our payments need to be done online.
