How can I change the name of the person traveling with me?
In most cases, we only need the lead passenger’s name when you book. If your provider requires additional passenger names, you’ll be prompted to add them during the booking process.
Need to make a change? You can update the lead or additional passenger names easily through the My Bookings section on our website. Just enter your booking reference and email to access your details.
If you have a Hoppa account, simply log in, head to My Bookings, and select the booking you’d like to update — it’s quick and easy!
