How do I make a booking for infants under 2 years old?

When booking, simply select the number of infants and children from the passenger dropdown so our fleet knows who’s travelling.


If baby or booster seats are available, they’ll appear as extras during booking—along with any applicable fees—so you can easily add them before checkout.

If no baby seat option appears, the local fleet may not have seats available. In that case, we recommend bringing your own, so you’re confident in your child's safety and comfort.


You can also email us at [support@hoppa.com], and we’ll check with our partner to see if a seat can be arranged (this may be chargeable).


Please note:

  • Infant age is determined by their age on the outbound travel date.
  • Fleets may verify children’s ages using passports. If a child is over 2 but was booked with a child’s discount, the fare difference may need to be paid directly to our partner.
