I need to be picked up from a different address. How can I book this?

Our system is set up so that return journeys usually have the same pickup and drop-off locations. That said, you still have options if your plans are a little different:


  • Booking a Different Address


If you’d like your return pickup to be from a different address than your drop-off, simply make two separate one-way bookings—easy and flexible.


  • Changed Accommodation Mid-Trip?

No problem! If you’ve already started a return booking but your accommodation has changed, just let us know. Use our live chat or email [support@hoppa.com], and we’ll arrange the change with the fleet on your behalf.
