What information do I need in order to book?
When making a booking on our website, you’ll need to select your route and vehicle from the dropdown options before continuing. If you can’t find the route, vehicle, or have a special request, no problem — just email us at [quotes@hoppa.com]() and we’ll be happy to help!
To make sure we can assist you quickly, please include the following details in your email:
- 👨👩👧👦 Total number of passengers — include infants and children.
- 📍 Pickup and drop-off points — include the full address (especially for overseas accommodation where names can repeat).
- 📅 Date and time of pickup and drop-off, or your flight details if that’s easier.
- ✈️ Flight details — these help our partners monitor your flight so your driver meets you at the right time.
For shared transfers, providing your flight info also ensures we have the correct pickup time for your return journey.
