Why can’t I enter an address in the pickup/drop-off box?

We use various mapping and location services, so you should be able to enter an exact address, place name, or accommodation name in the “From” and “To” location boxes.

If your specific location isn’t showing up, let us know—we’re here to help!

The prices we show are based on the exact locations entered, which also helps our transport providers know where to pick you up and drop you off. If you search for a general area, our system will default to the most central point of that area. For the best results, we recommend entering exact details.
