How can I cancel my booking and how much will it cost?

All cancellation for bookings can be done online by using 'My bookings' section on our website. You will require your reference and email address to login and retrieve your booking details where it will allow you either view, amend or cancel your booking


Cancellation fees may apply and would have been made clear at the time of booking. When cancelling online and charges that apply will be shown to you. You can only cancel online if you have booked directly with hoppa.com.



If you have booked with a travel agent or another 3rd party we would not be able to cancel the booking for you so please contact them for more information and they would send the cancellation through to us. Their charges might be different to ours as outlined at the time of booking with them.


Cancellation charges vary by supplier, please refer to the terms and conditions and the specific cancellation policy of the supplier that was booked at the time of booking.


If you do not use the services for any reason and do not cancel the booking using the website or app, no refunds will be provided.


You cannot cancel your return journey when it is booked as part of a return service after the outbound journey date has passed.


Any refunds due after making a cancellation can take up to 7 days to show on your card or account. if for any reason we can't refund to your original payment method we will reach out to you to get details to transfer the funds back to you.
