The airline amended my flight. How do I let you know?

If your flight details have changed and your service is more than 48 hours away, please update your booking as soon as possible through the My Bookings section on our website. Just enter your reference number and email to access your booking and add the updated flight details.

If your journey is within 48 hours, contact us immediately via our Help Center or call us at 01483 802 408.

For changes to flights affecting your journey to the airport, please contact our partner directly using the details on your e-Ticket. While ride providers usually monitor flights, we recommend confirming your flight details with them to ensure everything is aligned.

Note: Changes for trips not within 48 hours may incur an admin fee. Keeping us informed of any updates to your flight times or numbers helps ensure a smooth and stress-free journey!
