The airline amended my flight. How do I let you know?

No problem! We know plans can change — here’s how to update your booking easily:

🕐 More than 48 hours before your journey:

Update your details directly through the ‘My Bookings’ section on our website. Just enter your booking reference and email address to access your booking and add your new flight details.

📅 Within 48 hours of travel:

Please contact us right away at [support@hoppa.com]() or call 01483 802 408 so we can help you make the changes in time.

📞 For trips to the airport:

If your flight details have changed, contact our local partner using the number on your e-Ticket. They usually monitor flights, but confirming directly helps ensure your pick-up aligns perfectly with your updated schedule.

💡 Note:

Amendments made less than 48 hours before travel may include a small admin fee. Keeping your details up to date helps us make sure your journey runs smoothly!
