What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

Our partners keep an eye on flight and cruise ship arrival times in case of delays.

👉 If you can, please call the number on your e-Ticket to let them know about any delay. They’ll do their best to rearrange your pickup.

⚠️ If your delay is more than 3 hours, you’ll need to arrange your own transport and claim the cost back from your airline or cruise provider.


  • Shared Vehicle Services

If you’re delayed, you can join the next available shuttle.

Please note: this might mean waiting several hours, until the next day, or—if the timetable is limited—arranging your own onward travel.


  • If Your Return Flight Changes

Use the number on your e-Ticket to contact our partner and reconfirm your new pickup time.


  • If Your Return Service Is Delayed

We’ll contact you as soon as possible and operate the service at the earliest opportunity.
