Where do I find my pick up time for the departure journey?

- Shared Transfers
Youâll need to reconfirm your return journey to receive your pickup time.
đ If you donât reconfirm, hoppa canât be held responsible for any extra costs if you need to make new arrangements.
đ How to Confirm Your Return Journey
You can reconfirm in one of these ways:
1. Online (Website)
- Provide a valid mobile number at booking to get an SMS confirmation 24 hours before pickup.
- Or, log into the âMy Bookingsâ section of our website with your email + booking reference at least 12 hours before your flight departure.
2. Mobile App
Simply log in and check your booking details.
3. By Phone
- Call the local partner (number on your e-Ticket) no later than 12 hours before your flight.
- Be sure to call during local office hours. If your return is over a weekend and the office closes Fridays, call by Friday.
- If you canât use any of the above, use the emergency number listed on your e-Ticket.
âšď¸ Important Notes
- Pickup times are usually available 24 hours before departure, but in some cases may only be confirmed 12 hours before.
- If your pickup location or flight details change, call the local office right away (number is on your e-Ticket or in the app).
- Need extra legroom due to an accident or medical reason? Call our partner directlyâan upgrade fee may apply.
- Please ensure youâre medically fit to travel. If you need more assistance, your travel insurance provider can help with arrangements.
